1. Provided information to customers by verifying & understanding their request & answering questions 2. Analyzing the feedback from the client order to improve services. 3. Manage MIS Report on daily basis with the help of the Telecallers & Sales Managers 4. Should be capable of operating Panel Data provided by the company for Sales. 5. Communicate regularly with Management levels. 6. Building a strong rapport with all the ultra Local & HNI customers. 7. Building a strong delivery team through coaching and motivation. 8. Excellent customer service skills, Tough Negotiator and Expert in MS Office. 9. Managing all Online portal Like Facebook, 99Acres, Magicbricks etc 10. Generating leads from various datas & pass them to Telecallers & Sales Managers for further actions through Panel Data. 11. Market research for new coming events etc to the relevant field. 12. Manage Customers Enquires from Company Website & other flatforms 13. Planning & Executing Features to promote the company. 14. The CRM should have the personality of Multi Tasking, Leadership quality, organised & Self Motivated, Goal Achiever, Enthusiasm towards work offered & market leadership & regular updates of latest in business. 15. Must be fluent in speaking English, Hindi & if required Local Language.
