Understand the technical specifications, drawings, BOQ and method statements. Understand project milestones and do the micro planning for his scope of work. End to end structure work from foundation, structure execution, and quality check to timely completion of the project. Coordination with the architects, interior designers, structural and services consultants. Coordination with all contractors and sub-contractors. Execute as per applicable quality standards and monitor the planned works to achieve daily/weekly planned targets. Maintain a daily diary to record daily planning, achievement and concerns, if any. Support fortnightly preparation and payments of all vendors’ bills (labour). Raise timely requirements of material for his scope of work. Keep the area presentable by maintaining proper housekeeping. Participate in innovation and culture of continual improvement. Desired Candidate Profile BE/B Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering Must have thorough knowledge of various building norms, material specifications, market costing. Minimum 4 years of experience in Project management across various roles. Strong technical background and demonstrated understanding w.r.t projects like MEP, Structural and finishing works etc. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month COVID-19 considerations: All measures taken
